The new courier is Purolator. They suck! They keep taking my packages to the depot and making me go to the depot to pick them up. They say they didn't have access but my foyer is full of packages from all other courier companies. I won't be ordering Penningtons anymore as they can't deliver. Sad 😔

I didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped me get the right sizing or the lady who helped me at the counter with using my birthday discount, but they made my time there great. I was feeling anxious about bra shopping since I haven’t measured in a long time and didn’t know where to start, but the gal that helped me was so fast, found me 4 options that all fit fantastic, and was able to give feedback on how they should fit. She also helped me find the right size for underwear which was nice. The other lady helped me at the desk, letting me try on rings to make sure I had the right size, and since me my birthday was coming up, was able to help me with applying that coupon. I’ve been dreading going to shop for bras and undies forever, and have put it off for a few months. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the help of these two lovely ladies. Thank you so much!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Came in feeling totally defeated being on the larger side of their sizes. I was offered excellent suggestions to put a look together that was comfortable and stylin'. The support from the staff is what will make this store my choice from now on. Oh and the sales were great, tons of selection for all body types. Thanks for making this fluffy girl feel fantastic! 🥰🥰😘
