Caitlin is absolutely wonderful! I reached out to her looking to find someone we can trust with our new puppy if ever needed. She was available to answer any questions we had, and her website portal makes the whole process of booking a drop-in/walk/visit so easy! After her first visit, she left plenty of photos, and a full detailed report on how her stay was, and it looked like our pup had an absolute blast! She even worked on basic commands, and building his confidence going down the stairs! We have a bunny as well, so knowing that we now have someone who can check-in on either of our loved ones is such a relief to me! I'm so thrilled to have come across her business on Google - I just wish I would have found it sooner! I can absolutely recommend her to anyone in the Hamilton area. I (as well as Taro) look forward to continuing using her services in the future!

Caitlin has been the absolute best with my recuse dog Nellie! I signed her up for basic training with Caitlin and it was the best decision I’ve ever made, not only did Nellie respond so so well to the training she now is able to walk in the group walks ( and LOVES it ). She was so patient and knowledgeable with teaching me as well and how to work with Nellie in a way that worked for us. I still can’t believe ( with consistency ) how quick Nellie adjusted when walking using Caitlin’s training techniques we even get compliments from our neighbours lol! ❤️ I couldn’t recommend more, I added a photo of the sit and stay Caitlin showed Nellie how to do enjoy ! :)

Caitlin is amazing! I have a mastiff and very nervous rescue dog and she takes amazing care of them. They're so excited when she comes to the door! She works on reactivity with both and gives us updates on how they were after every walk, with so many cute photos. My dogs have become better walkers since their weekly walks with her. I definitely recommend her!

Caitlin or another member of her team have walked our dog Echo a couple of times a week since we got established in Hamilton, sometimes on a pack walk (2-5 dogs) and sometimes just with Echo when she needs some 1:1 time. It is great working with her! We love the pictures, comments on the walk (especially praise for when Echo is at her best), exciting treats and valuable dog interactions that keep our dog engaged. We found it easy to get started after a meet and greet, walks are simple to book for the week ahead, and she and her team are so reliable and trustworthy! Thanks Caitlin and Heather!
