I had a wonderful experience at this yoga class and highly recommend it, especially Black women looking for a welcoming and inclusive yoga space. The class was very pleasant, and I left feeling deeply relaxed with my body feeling really good. I was hesitant to attend because I have been experiencing knee pain, but after meeting the instructor, Carline, she reassured me that modifications could be made. She was kind, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the class. I am so glad I came because my knee actually felt better after the session. If you are a looking for beginner-friendly yoga, gentle yoga, or yoga with modifications, this class is perfect. I have purchased a package and I will definitely be back.

I met the owner of Soma Grace Studio at a networking event at Ligaya Studio in Metuchen, and I’m so glad I did. She’s genuinely one of the most down-to-earth and humble people I’ve ever met.
