The next day, back home in the GTA I contacted the store by email and the owner was super friendly and super helpful and my beautiful boots were on my feet 2 later! I ordered a pair of Sandals online. I contacted the store by email because I didn't receive an email and wasn't sure if the pair I wanted were out of stock. The owner immediately responded and said the sandals had been shipped and she was surprised I hadn't received notification. I checked my spam and there was the email. Wonderful service and I love my new sandals. I will definitely shop here again even though I live several provinces away. Thank you!
