My wife needed to cash out some equity in our home for a business opportunity. It was a complex, jumbo loan due to her being self employed. Joe was honest and ethical which is rare today. He never made promises he did not keep and we knew where we were in the process throughout due to the excellent communication from Joe, Anjelia, his entire staff. Very professional and extremely efficient. Will never work with anyone else. They closed a bank statement loan for us with a great interest rate. I highly recommend them.
