I can't say enough amazing things about Randy, Jesus and the flooring team we worked with at the Design Quad! We have an older 1960s home and 3 years ago we knocked down a wall and replaced our kitchen floors (with another team). And unfortunately the work did not hold up. Our tiles were very cracked and grout was consistently cracking and coming out of the floors. Beyond that, the grout color had never been consistent either. Needless to say, the house was due for an upgrade. Randy came by and gave us a quote for replacing with wood floors and reassured us they could stain the new kitchen floors and re-stain the living room all to match the rest of the house (which is the original 1960s red oak flooring). The team demo-ed and installed the wood in a little over 24 hours and had staining completed the following week in about 2 days. They worked quickly but did an incredible job. And beyond that, Randy was phenomenal at fielding my many text messages and questions. His customer service is exceptional. I've already passed along a glowing recommendation of their team to all my friends. You will not be disappointed using them! We can't wait to call them back (hopefully next year [🙂] ) to work on the rest of our outdated kitchen!
