We just got back from a short trip to NYC and we used DPD for the very first time. Steve was really great with our dog Sophie. I loved getting the update reports and additional text messages that really set our minds at ease. We haven't been able to travel together in 6 years because we couldn't get anyone to watch Sophie and we didn't want her in a kennel.
