VERY disappointed. Did not complete the job, caused more issues with the driveway and sidewalk than before and it looks terrible. After first complaint they stated that they had used an unfamiliar product (that also doesn't match the concrete) to mudjack our project and their employee said they would be back to repair the color, finish the mudjacking job, plus detail/finishing. We have made several contacts to their (polite) receptionist, however over a month later nothing has been scheduled or addressed and winter is approaching.. Their website photos show high quality workmanship - don't believe them. What was done to our driveway and sidewalk looks shoddy and poor craftsmanship. Our neighbor actually asked who we paid to ruin our driveway. VERY VERY disappointed. We need to hire someone to fix what they have done. Planning on legal action. Steer clear of this company.
The concrete work itself was great. I couldn't be happier with my new driveway and sidewalks. However, the customer service and restoration leave a lot to be desired. I received a call the day of the pour asking me for my garage door code so the workers could get into the garage for better access during the pour. This obviously should have been communicated ahead of time. The workers proceeded to use our broom and garden hose for their work, which was also not communicated ahead of time. Neither were returned to their original locations, and my sprinkler that was attached is now broken. There is concrete on several of our kids' toys that were in the garage, as well as several of my tools. There were numerous rocks and concrete chunks left in the yard, and the manager that came out picked up about a dozen of the large ones, leaving the rest. He repeatedly told me what a great deal I got on the pour and made excuses for why the cleanup wasn't part of their work. I am now saddled with cleaning up after them and have a lot of work to do to fix my yard. They started harassing me to pay the invoice (which I never received. I only knew the amount from the original estimate) 12 hours after the pour was completed. I was out of town at the time (which they knew about ahead of time), so I did not have the chance to inspect their work for a few days. I begrudgingly paid the invisible invoice after realizing the manager was not going to do anything to help. They also blocked our neighbor's driveway for an extended period and refused to move to let them out until they were done. I expected much more professionalism than I received.
I needed to have the caulking around our patio and surrounding vinyl fence posts redone. While not the cheapest quote, they did respond quickly with a straightforward job quote, no pressure and completed the job on time, but in less time than expected. And it looks great! They started using a silicone caulk this year, they said, and should last for years. Be aware, they have a minimum charge for any job.
