Nathan TanHad a wiring issue with a smoke detector. I was scheduled quickly, and the electrician sent to my home was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it on the spot. They were quick and courteous, and their rates were in line with other quotes I got from other vendors. Would definitely recommend.

James HahnUpdate: Updating from 4 stars to 5 stars. They reached out privately and offered a $25 refund to account for the discrepancy. They also stressed their apologies for not having shoe covers and strive to improve that moving forward. I think they have the best intentions at heart and aim to improve as a team. And they sent me the invoice eventually. Would use again due to the customer service. Original review: Mostly pretty good. They were quick, showed up on time, and were roughly fair value. However, they didn't come with shoe covers and they never sent me a receipt. On their website, they say "we offer customers $25 their first electrical job" which was not true. And they also say "The price that we quote you up-front IS the price that you will be charged", which again is also not true (they charged me an additional $10 on top of the service call fee). So seems a bit disingenuous. And the workers did not wear shoe covers. Would probably use again most likely?
