My XROS 3 decided to stop working at the worst possible time (of course), and I was ready to throw it out the window. Jason calmly stepped in like a vape detective and found the root cause faster than I could say āhelp me.ā Turns out it wasnāt as dramatic as I thought, no funeral for my vape needed. Not only did he fix my old XROS 3, but he also set me up with a brand new device, the TECC Sono, and wow, itās amazing so far! The flavour, the ease of use, everything about it is spot on. I couldnāt be happier with the recommendation. Jason was patient, super knowledgeable, and made me feel like no question was too silly. His customer service was absolutely top notch. Honestly, if youāre after great products, excellent prices, and staff who actually care, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!
