I’ve been going to the embroidery shop for a few years now for tshirt and hoodie prints for my brand. They nail it every time! I used to go to some of the printers on Main st but most of them are overpriced and I just don’t get the same type of customer service as I do from these guys - especially Isaac. Always helpful and kind! Thanks guys 🙏 (ps: coming in for some tank top prints next week… help me get locked in for summer!)

After reading some promising reviews, I decided to give this shop a shot, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Communication was a nightmare from the start, and there was a complete lack of organization. I reached out by phone and was assured that my project would be done by the time I needed it, but that promise fell flat. After that, it was like I was invisible—ghosted completely! I found myself following up almost daily to get a response. Overall, it was a truly frustrating experience, and I can't recommend this place at all. Save yourself the headache! I never got my project, so I can't even review the quality. Add insult to injury, I get a ridiculous email 3 DAYS after my event from the "Manager" Bella, quoting me on my project and assigning a "Project Manager" to a project that is 1. OVERDUE 2. NOT THE ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE and 3. NON-CHALANT like they didn't mess up my plans and event! I truly suggest you all start talking to each other because this seems to be a pattern that could continue to make a bad name for you.

I reached out to this shop to have a canvas bag embroidered as a birthday gift for my mother, with the intention of ordering 50+ more bags afterwards. They were actually my second choice, as my first pick was fully booked. I explained my request, provided the logo details they asked for, and even agreed to the additional overnight service fee. After that, I never heard back—no response, no call, and no confirmation. On top of that, the location itself isn’t safe and wasn’t even open during their listed service hours. Overall, I would not recommend this shop for embroidery services if professionalism is important to you.

I had a fantastic experience with this embroidery shop! They did an amazing job on my custom order — the stitching was clean, detailed, and exactly how I pictured it. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. The employees were also super friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The shop has a warm, welcoming vibe, and I felt like a valued customer from start to finish. If you’re looking for top-notch embroidery with great service, I highly recommend this place!
