A special mention to Sarah, who was a great organiser from the outset — her clear, timely communication gave us real confidence leading up to the event and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On the day, the AV/setup team were brilliant. Jon in particular showed great professionalism and flexibility — he was hands-on, attentive and even stayed until our first break to check that everything was working perfectly. The setup and breakdown were seamless, and his support really ensured the event ran without a hitch. Overall, an excellent, well-organised experience. Thank you to the whole team!
