I’ve been going to The Exercise Coach in San Marino for a year now, and it has been an excellent experience. Honestly, I hadn’t exercised for quite a long time because I felt unmotivated and tired. But once I tried The Exercise Coach, everything changed. The workouts are only 20 minutes, 1–2 times a week, but I found myself motivated enough to go 3 times a week! My favorite coach, Elvin, has been incredibly compassionate and accommodating. As someone who is hard of hearing, daily life and work drain a lot of my energy, but at The Exercise Coach I always feel supported. The workouts are efficient, the environment is encouraging, and I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and overall well-being. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach to anyone looking for a motivating, effective, and supportive place to exercise.

I didn't think it was possible, but it's true. The Exercise Coach 20-minute 1:1 personal training session is a FULL workout. The trainers are friendly while still encouraging you to be your personal best. The machines are so cool because I can literally see the progress I've made over time. I see myself getting stronger with each workout! I'm not one of those people that loves to exercise (to put it mildly). This is the only program where I've been consistent for several years. Exercise Coach-San Marino rocks!
