The Exercise Coach - Studio City

I've been attending sessions at The Exercise Coach in Studio City for over a year now, and I absolutely love it! The workouts are efficient and have made me so much stronger, making it a fantastic addition to my fitness journey. The staff is incredible—knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in helping you reach your goals. Could not recommend it enough!

I have been going to The Exercise Coach for over six months now. I feel so much stronger, and it’s such an easy thing for me to commit to. Twice a week for 20 minutes is my kind of workout. The coaches are wonderful and so are the owners. They really care about each and everyone of us.

Love this gym! Not only do I feel welcome every time I walk in the door, but the results are undeniable. After 6 months, I'm definitely stronger and feel much better. Friends and family can't help but make sweet comments about how fit I look now. For me, the best part is having the appointments twice a week. The commitment makes you feel compelled to go, and not blow it off, like you might do at regular gyms. And since it's only 20 minutes, I don't feel exhausted afterwards and I'm ready to go on with my day. The price is reasonable and totally worth it.
