Four year ago I became a mom. Since then, I couldn't manage to go back to my weight before pregnancy. I tried on my own really hard. Meeting Mike and Melissa at the fit clinic changed my life. I did not only go back to my previous weight in such a short time (8 weeks), but I also learnt how to eat healthier, how engage my muscles when working out, how to breath, how to stretch... It's amazing how much I've leant. I am healthier that I have ever been in the last 20 years. I am really happy. Melissa, my trainer, is the best. I totally recommend the fit clinic :)

I had the opportunity to meet with Mike for InBody. I received excellent explanations and interpretation of the measurements and inputs to improve my numbers. I am a physician and I was very impressed by his deep understanding and knowledge in biology and sport medicine. He is a great coach and advisor.

Since then two of my aunts and their husbands started exercising and losing weight they thought only a tummy tuck could fix! It’s not easy and change doesn’t happen overnight but it’s soooo worth it.
