TFC is one of the best gyms I've been to. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, no matter your fitness level. Clay, the owner and coach, is knowledgeable, encouraging, and builds a real sense of community. The facilities are excellent — spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend this place enough! From the first time I called to now, six months later, I have only had positive experiences. As someone who has struggled a few times entering the world of fitness I was quite nervous about it at the start, but we felt so welcomed by everyone that we kept coming back, even more often than we thought we would. The coaches are friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. The owner, Clay, is always there making sure that everything is running smoothly and cheering people on. A great place for any one of any gender, age, sexuality or skill level.
I've been training with Clay once a week for a month now and am impressed with his ability to tailor workouts for differing abilities and ages. He has a charming yet tough way of getting the best out of people. Really recommend.
This gym has been the best investment in my health ever. Clay and the team are incredibly dedicated and the sense of community here is real. Can't imagine going to any other gym now!
