Joined fitness Firm 20 years ago when we moved to Aldershot area. It was perfect for us. Not like a huge gym, personal touch, loved the atmosphere. Due to work, other events we stopped but are back and it’s even better. More equipment, personal trainers, classes. Alex my trainer is exactly what I need now. Doing something for me.
