They are quick but they will lie to you about warranty they never specify the warranty. They told me black screens or dead pixels are not supposed to be replaced only crack screens but if you bring it in and it’s cracked they will say that’s not part of the warranty and they won’t fix it. They will switch around and pick and choose day by day what the rules are for the warranty save you money nd time

Brought my son’s iPhone for back glass replacement. When we got the phone back the flash light no longer worked. I also bought what I thought was an Otterbox for $40 but it was a knockoff. The back replacement glass had shattered in the “otterbox”. Complete waste of money and time.
