I recently called and placed a delivery order in for a “thank you” gift to be sent to a family member. I specifically asked for something nice priced around $50. I was told there would be no problem with that price and they would have it delivered for me on the day I asked. When the delivery day came around I was called by my family member to thank me for the flowers, but was informed by her that this flower shop called to ask her if she would be home. Since she was near by, she went and picked up the flowers herself.. This made me a little upset as these were supposed to be a surprise thank you gift and then we’re not even delivered as I had asked. I also was charged $80 for this. The flowers were beautiful, but for this price they definitely should be. A little upset by this service. I live 3 hours away and wanted it to be a little more special..

This flower shop is remarkable. Their floral designs and arrangements are simply amazing, uniquely stunning and beautiful. Their combination of flowers and greenery accents will take you breath away. The flowers I received for my special birthday were truly the most beautiful I have ever received from a florist and their customer service is excellent. This used to be our go-to flower store, but never again. I was looking for a nice arrangement for a dear friend’s birthday. I was told that they had sold all of their arrangements for today, and the surly lady wasn’t interested in making me one from the flowers that they had, because they were closing in fifteen minutes ( at 4pm!) I went to Flowers Brockville, where the service was friendly and courteous. Best of all, they actually wanted to sell me some flowers. There were a number of beautiful arrangements to choose from, and Donna even switched out one flower that wasn’t quite as nice as the others. Flowers Brockville will be getting our business going forward.
