Absolutely Disappointed Never Going Back! Visited this place with high hopes, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The service was pathetic right from the moment we walked in zero attention, and we had to wave multiple times just to get someone to take our order. Noodles: The absolute worst. Tasteless, overcooked to the point of being mush, and drenched in oil. Honestly, instant noodles at home would taste better. To top it off, the place wasn’t even clean. Tables were sticky, and the staff acted like they were doing us a favor by just showing up. Overall, a terrible experience with food and service both scraping the bottom of the barrel. Rating: 1/5 (only because 0 isn't an option). Avoid at all costs!

Food taste good. Service is very poor. Mojito & pizza were ordered together & drinks were given in the last. Everyone is café arguing that this is the way services are given. Small town attitude is clearly visible in the staff & owner. You have long way in achieving “customer excellence “. Rating by someone who managed cafe serving 1000+ Employees

Hello guys ! I have settled in Pune Maharashtra , I came to visit mummy's place in kgf, my sister , my son and myself visited the food central , we ordered 9 items, still one more pizza and soft drinks to arrive on my dinning ,,, lastly I asked for lemon mojito , in that we saw a small cockroach dead my son told the waiter about that and the waiter took it away without saying anything to thought it off, but before that I went to billing counter and told the person one who is in the counter about this and he removed the insect from the drinks and was lying, saying that its pepper power floating on the drink, we were still saying that its a cockroach he was not ready to accept it , and then I asked for the bill he send thought the whatsapp, and in the bill he as included which we have not ordered and charged extra money , we were not satisfied with the service. Guys if your visiting this place check your orders and bills also . Thankyou
