Customer experiences
I went to this footwear store, and honestly, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked in, the guy looked at us and the first thing I felt was judgment just because we are Asian. We asked a couple of simple questions, and his tone was already super rude and dismissive. When I tried on a pair of shoes, he suddenly s said, “How dare you wear my display shoe?” — yes, I wasn’t wearing socks, but instead of handling it professionally, he turned it into a personal attack. He then went further and said, “I don’t get you people, how can you try my shoe on?” That statement right there was racist and absolutely unacceptable. For the record, there was no sticker or sign on the display shoe that said “Do Not Try On.” I even pointed out that the shoes had already been worn before, since there was mud stuck underneath. I offered to sanitize them right there, but instead of being reasonable, he told me to just leave his store very aggressively. I’ve been working in customer service for 6–7 years, so I know how customers should be treated with respect and dignity. This man was not just rude — he was openly racist. After looking at other reviews, I noticed many Asian customers have had similar experiences here, which shows this isn’t an isolated case. It’s shocking and disappointing that someone like him feels bold enough to treat people this way in 2025. Businesses should be welcoming to everyone, regardless of their race or background.
Really terrible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us with zero respect. We simply picked up a pair of shoes and asked a polite question, but the employee responded in a rude way and then ignored us. When we tried on a shoe that was clearly not new, it even had sand stuck underneath, he suddenly yelled at us to take it off and demanded that we leave the store. His behavior wasn’t just unprofessional, it came across as racist and discriminatory. The whole situation was uncomfortable and insulting. I will definitely never return.
The service here was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, I was met with rudeness and judgment. The staff made openly racist remarks. Respect and basic courtesy should be the standard in any business — sadly, this store fell far below that.
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was incredibly disrespectful from the moment we walked in. We were just checking out a pair of shoes, picked one up and politely asked a question. The guy answered rudely, then took the shoe from us and put it back on the shelf without saying anything else. It honestly felt like he was treating us differently — almost like he thought we weren’t supposed to be there or were somehow “dirtying” the shoes. The whole interaction felt discriminatory and uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be coming back.
