I travel for business all the time and I enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn most of the times. However, this has been the best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at with the best Halloween decor I’ve ever seen! The staff was all on point! The GM, sales manager, and all the sales associates were phenomenal and super helpful! I will be coming back to Howell

Clean, quiet, friendly, comfy beds and good coffee. Some reviews complained about traffic noise. I was on the 4th floor. I did not hear a thing. The pool was nice and clean. Plenty of parking. The parking lot was just paved. My car was parked next to a state cop all night. I appreciated the look out! LOL

Outstanding stay!!! At check in we met Sophia. She was amazing!! What a great way to start a weekend stay! WOW! Then breakfast: Doreen just crushed it! Everything full, fresh and clean!!! No waiting here for fresh anything! Over the 2 days we went in and out several times and encountered Liz. What GREAT SERVICE she provides! No one makes it in our out without a nice greeting from her! I did not ask what group owned the location, but they absolutely know how to deliver in the Hospitality Industry! BTW, I’m a Franchise Director for a competing brand, and I know when I see it done right!

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids) stayed at this Howell location for 13 nights. It was our first time staying at a hotel this long, and it exceeded our expectations. Staff were all so friendly, and ready to help with any needs with their 24 hour concierge. Our room was clean, spacious, and came with a mini fridge and microwave. Best part, they have an indoor pool and daily hot breakfast. Coffee, hot water, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7 in the lobby. Location was also close to restaurants, downtown Howell, and grocery. My kids had a blast, and we would definitely book here again! Highly recommend this hotel.
