My apartment garage door makes a ton of noise in my unit (I’m directly above) and Strata refuses to do further work saying “there is nothing more they could do”. I wanted a second opinion so I called The Garage Door Depot in Kelowna and Dave met me in the same day to provide in depth detail of what they could do to mitigate the noise. I especially appreciated this because I told them that strata would likely use their own garage door company (Joshua Doors) to fix. Dave said they could have used nylon rollers and updated the motor to a more top of the line model to fix the issue. Unfortunately I am still fighting with strata and the case is being brought to the CRT, but I was able to provide this information with an estimate from the Garage Door Depot to help my case. I sincerely hope that I can convince them to use you when I win this case. Amazing customer service!

I had a torsion spring snap on me (as pictured) and I reached out to a couple of companies in Kelowna to inquire about the repair. Cristian was one of the first people to get back to me and arrange a time to do the work. He was able to set up a time that worked in the early evening, and was quicker than I anticipated. He was a pleasure to speak to on the phone, always being polite and professional. His installation services were no different. Him and his team were respectful about taking their shoes off when walking through the house, didn't throw the broken springs on the ground from a height - but rather climbed down the ladder to place them on the floor (most likely to avoid the heavy metal damaging the concrete), took their time and double checked the work. The shoes and spring might not seem like a big deal, but it's the little things that make a big impact on service. When they were finished, they took a moment to answer some questions and educate me on best practices to maintain my garage door and give it more operational life, I appreciated that. They even discovered an issue which they recommended I address soon, but were never pushy about upselling. After the job was done, payment was easy and the service was appreciated. It was an absolute pleasure to work with this team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service, in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. Thanks again Cristian.

Can’t give no stars so they get one. Tech was great but company completely unreliable and unresponsive. Something smells here. I called Vancouver office for help. They said they’d investigate and get back to me. Crickets. Go elsewhere
