I was out of town and had a number of plumbing issues that needed fixing so I called in and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Emad arrived promptly the next morning, prepared a plan to handle all of the issues and clearly explained over the phone what he found and what was needed to complete the repairs. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and answer any questions I had. He provided updates as his work progressed and was able to fix all of the issues during his visit. He really put my mind at ease and I felt that I was in good hands. Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend The Gentleman Pros! Fantastic experience overall!

Had an excellent experience with the Gentleman Pro Plumbing Company in Edmonton! The plumber Mohamed S. was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with the leaking pipes that we eventually had replaced. He sat down with us and explained the best approach for the task. Where he broke down the pricing presenting us with the best long term solutions instead of a quick fix. He also did a great clean up after the job was done. I would highly recommend their services.

I had to call in The Gentlemen after a very small and quick facet repair turned into something much bigger. Levi arrived and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose and then fix the issues. The quick 15 min free home inspection that was provided has provided me with some things to think about. The final bill was around about the cost I thought it was going to be. I called them at 1400 and the repair was completed the same day by 1800, which was pretty good. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing issues or replacements I need to do.
