My son who is now 12 went to Goddard and back then I had a great experience with the owner of the facility, Ms Cindy and Ms heather. Now many years later, my daughter who’s 3 started there and I was so happy to see how well managed the facility is still, it makes all the difference when it’s managed by a wonderful team and family. I was so happy to see some of the same people still working there years later, it says a lot about how much they care about their team.

I would give this school 0 stars if I could, solely based upon the last communication I received from them. After touring this facility we put a mandatory $1,500 deposit down to hold our spot. Due to a major life event with my husband switching jobs, we were no longer able to afford for our child to go there. After communicating this to their director, I was informed that the $1,500 deposit paid is non-refundable, even though our child never ended up attending there? This is an awful business model that they embody at Goddard. In years past we put a deposit down for a different daycare center that ended up not working out, and we received our money back. But apparently Goddard does not empathize with major life events and families financial situations, or else they would have accommodated. We had a great experience touring the facility, but after this experience with not refunding our money that our child never even attended their school for, I will never recommend their facility and deter anyone I know from attending here. To not refund someone $1,500 who is already in a financial bind is just heartless.

Extremely pleased with the Goddard school and would highly recommend to friends and family. As first time parents we were extremely nervous to send our daughter to daycare. The teachers log everything in an app and you get a daily report so you can see when your child ate, napped, and had their diaper changed. You also get a photo of your baby during the day in the app as well. It’s extremely clean and I have high confidence that my daughter is getting great care. You can tell this is a family run establishment and your kids will be treated as a person not a “customer”. Highly recommend!

Goddard Hershey is a phenomenal school. The teachers are all exceptional and the education was top tier. The only reason we left was due to moving from the area. Would absolutely recommend Goddard Hershey to anyone wanting the best for their children!
