We really enjoyed our stay, we highly recommend we was greeted like family and treated that way throughout our stay, just lovely people that went over and beyond to make us feel at home, anything you needed just ask ! we was so fortunate to meet with their sweet little grand daughter and not forgetting the little dog. The room was clean with new carpet throughout, bed was comfortable with lovely clean linens, as for breakfast it was just like cooked at home all fresh and served with a lovely chat and smile, coffee amazing! When we left we felt we was leaving family with a big hug Thank you so much will be back to see you all . Norma and Robin

Friendly owner who couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was great - full English and nice coffee. The room was comfortable, but the shower needed a good clean. WiFi was a bit hit and miss. The location was on a main road, which was a little noisy in the morning - missed one detail when booking as we thought there was a car park, but we had to park on the road outside.

Shower cubicle dropping to bits. No bath mat to step out onto.|Breakfast - scratty looking jars with cereal in them not mentioned to us by the host so didn't know if we could've helped ourselves.|Cooked breakfast - photos show 2 eggs 2 bacon 2 sausage only 1 of each given I couldn't stomach the slice of bacon. Hash browns deep fried to death. Cheap bread for toast no jams, marmalade etc. No fruit, yoghurt, juice offered. Poor show . Door handle to room broken appears to have been like that for over a year! If I'd read reviews on trip advisor I definitely wouldn't have booked it.
