After providing The Grounds Guys of Arrowhead the idea on paper they conducted their assessment. After their assessment, they walked us through the entire process step by step. They brought the idea to life and made corrections to past work from other companies. Mind you, we did give them an obstacle. The home (Burrow) of our tortious (Bacardi) is near the main yard area. They were not to disturb that area and move/work around the burrow. All the water lines were near the burrow. That means moving water lines or working the lines away from the burrow. Furthermore, they conducted a follow up today, two - three weeks after the work was done. They made sure the sod took and looked into areas of concern. They found concerns that we didn't even recognize. They made adjustments, talked about a future plan and made adjustments to the timer. Folks! This company was paid 100% of the money after the work was done. You tell me what company you know that will actually return on their own will to make sure the work was to satisfaction? This company cares! You will not find such a company that will do that. It is rare! Oh! The Gound Guys of Arrowhead did not charge any extra due to the work around. They understood how important Bacardi is to us. It became important to them! In fact, we were able to make his own little yard and grass from the extra sod that was provided. Folks! Call The Gounds Guys of Arrowhead. You will see my words in action!
