Monica CarvalhoIts insane how come the nhs app its not allow to book any appointments apart of physio , request medication or simply send a message to the gp requesting a general blood test. Im partner its struggling always to call to ask for something. Always saying it past the capacity. His name is Vasilis. Mine in london they are 5 starts . Now that i move in here never will be on this practice and i will make sure he will not be there much longer. We been asking for updating his nhs app for him to be able to see his records and get appointment when he needs. Worst practice i saw so far.

V PInept GPs and rude admin staff. Can't diagnose you, but won't listen to suggestions either. The building itself looks unsanitary and unkempt. Hope you can afford private healthcare.
