Asked kitchen sink unblocking job. Cost over 850$ and blocked again in 2 months ( I was using net to blocking litem to block left over food goes into the pipe ) then sent a complain mail on Saturday. What happened is crazy upset himself calling me and yelling at me over the phone, and said do not text him unhappy email on Saturday. He does not have to read message on Saturday if he does not want to. It’s not my problem. This is the Australian plumber “ service”. Did bad job, ripping off then yell at you and “ go somewhere else if you are not happy “. 2: When he called me, he started to yell at me so I had no chance to say anything all the way till he hung up on me. He said there is another problesm with this buiding so he could not solve it, then if he is not sure, he should not charge me so much and stop his job or at least explain to me how much it might cost in total. People will be not happy if the same problem happens in short time again after paid a lot. Why he thinks he is right about everything and what kind of right he has to yell and hung up the phone ? 30th of September( updated ) : called another plumber, they found out the problem so easy in 5mins. It is simply "lid " problem in the picture. It supposed be another type of lid for the apartment and as soon as the plumber changed it to the new one, all of the problem was solved. So you did all of works in wrong way, you need more experienses for your job, so you better to stop yelling at people who paid you for nothing and stop being arrogant. Even you do your job for several years, there are tons of things you never know yet.
Chris quickly and effectively fixed a sudden leak we had in our bathroom. His speedy response avoided any real water damage. He was also very helpful in guiding our choice of water heater when our old one was on the way out. His recommendation to replace our gas unit with an electric unit that could use our existing solar has saved us money on our bills. The installation process was very smooth.
Chris is brilliant. He’s done a bunch of jobs for us now. Incredibly reliable, talks you through the job and very transparent in his dealings. Top notch work and great customer service keeps us coming back.
Chris was very responsive, communicated well, was pleasant to deal with. He convinced me not to undertake a plumbing task as he did not think it would help. He considered my issue more of a landscaping issue rather than plumbing issue. He spent quite sometime thinking about the damp problem I have and he gave me a contact that he felt would be better able help me.
