This place is frequented by people from all over, kindly Gertrudes staff, if you see a kid coughing heavily at the waiting area, kindly provide a mask for that child, or kinda seclude that child from the rest, that kid was coughing I had to relocate my sitting position !! My experience today was not good.

I experienced significant issues with a team of three receptionists who were unable to resolve a SmartAccess card error from 9 AM to 1 PM at one of the Dental clinic at T-Mall. They seemed to be working on the problem but didn't even send the necessary email to the insurance company as we had agreed. Despite my willingness to pay cash after the long wait with my 8-year-old daughter, they continued to attend to other clients instead of addressing our situation. Eventually, I gave up and went to Gertrude's Dental Clinic next door, where we had an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious, the AC worked perfectly, and the medical service was outstanding. My daughter was even humming while they treated her! In the end, the card issues were resolved seamlessly. Thank you to the 2 wonderful Doctors and reception team!

Waited for almost three hours. Understaffed with really poor consultation services. The doctor who served us was very presumptuous and disinterested. The examination wasn't thorough also. Very disappointing.

My 3yr old boy was diagnosed with asthma yet he didn't have. Reception we had to take forever. Even after wrong diagnosis we were charged a lot of money. The bill was extra high😏
