Charlotte GuestI have been shopping at Asda Telford for years and have never had a problem, quality of products is good, the prices are decent depending on what you buy of course and staff I have interacted with have been polite and helpful . However after shopping at the store this morning (3/3/25) I went to use the bathroom, absolutely disgusting the womens toilets were, I understand that this isn't the staffs fault but it is the stores responsibility to hire cleaners to regularly check the bathrooms and maintain the areas. But it is also the responsibility of the public using the bathrooms to clean up after themselves. So whoever is leaving them in a disgusting mess after use should really have a bit of respect. Other than that great store!.

I call ASDA, they put me through to the Telford store and a member of their team tells me they would call me next day at 7am to re-deliver. I sit here waiting, 7 am comes and goes and so does 8 am, 8:30 am - I call again, and find out the order was cancelled. So they just lied to me. I live in the sticks, no car. I haven't had proper food for two days now as I came back from a holiday too. They told me to reschedule delivery and all slots for the day are booked of course. They couldn't just fit me in or rebook me for today, zero flexibility for something that was their fault. Absolutely shocking. That was my last online order ever with ASDA, and I can only encourage everyone to stay away - totaly unreliable and they lie to you - and no effort to put things right.
Nicholas RobertsWent to Asda on Monday the 30th of December with my cousin and used there car park for parking. When I parked I didn't see any signs saying you needed to pay/Validate for parking. The signs need to be more clear as this isn't the first time this has happened. To make matters worse next door at the cinema car park you need an electronic ticket for the barrier to lift and let you leave but conveniently this doesn't happen at this place, absolute joke. Won't be using this car park again again.
