My journey into interior design didn’t start with a passion for creating beautiful spaces. In fact, I wasn’t interested in designing at all! My initial focus was more on creating the structure itself, which led me to study Civil Engineering and Architecture. I spent years immersing myself in these fields, but it wasn’t until the lockdown hit and we all found ourselves at home that my curiosity for interior design was sparked. While browsing online, I stumbled upon The Interior Design Institute, and because of my background in Architecture, I felt compelled to explore this new path. At first, I doubted my ability—after all, I considered myself an absolute beginner in design. But as soon as I opened the first module, everything changed. A vision for my future as an Interior Designer began to take shape, and the creative spark I thought was missing came alive. Now, as a graduate, I’m not only equipped with the knowledge and skills I need, but I also have a clear, confident vision of the designer I strive to be.

So excited to study here! It’s a self-study online platform with support of the remote experienced tutors. The institute has multiple branches in the US, Australia, Canada, Philippines, etc…You will submit the exercises (12 modules) and receive the mark and comments from the teachers. There are also numerous resources for you to study further if you want to dive in the interior design field and develop it as your career. At the end of the course, you will get certificate or diploma from the institute. Good and convenient experience overall!
