Purchased Office 2019 Home and Business and received a fraudulent product key which wouldn't activate since it was used too many times. The customer support tried to play it off that it was still okay to use and to use the telephone activation option. This is a common scam that you find with product keys sold on auction sites where they'll sell the same product key to multiple people. While the telephone option may work once, it's still in breach of the license. Asked for a product key which hasn't been activated or a refund. They said they'd have to issue the refund which is hopefully legitimate otherwise will have to issue a charge-back.

Edited review: customer service was able to assist me and sent out another download link. Props to them for being helpful. I purchased office 2016 last night, and the website advertises that you will be sent a link to download the items purchased. It's now the following day and I am still waiting for the download link. Customer service says the email was sent out, but I did not receive it, and now am wasting time trying to resolve this when I should be working (with the software I attempted to purchase).
