I'm sorry to say that my shopping experience today was a big disappointment. I went to the back of the store to get cleaning supplies and 3/4 of the shelves were empty. I went to another isle to pick up some sodas and the soda bottles were all sticky and gross. At the check out, there were 3 or 4 aisles but not even one was open. The only alternative was to stand on line for the self check out, only to find that they have no bags. So, if you buy 10 or 20 items, you have to carry them all out in your arms? How about putting up a big sign in the front of the store telling customers that they have to bring their own bags? One more thing, the parking lot is dreadful, very tight, very small. and no clearly marked parking lanes. What a mess!

The worker there hit us with the cart, and started yelling saying we were in her way and then came up with lies, bringing attention to us. The attitude is very disrespectful, if you’re working there, I thought you were suppose to show respect, we tried not making a big deal of it but she started talking negativity about us. Please make sure you’re more polite with customers, thank you.

I bought a shower curtain and shower rings which was broken. When I came back to tell the person says is the manager. She said to is nothing she can do because was open . Os course I has to open to use it it’s when I see is broken and she said next time don’t buy here if you don’t want something not good material. I wonder what kind the training they have to said that about the store you work for.

I have to admit, service at this Dollar Tree was phenomenal. The manager, Yvonne, was extremely courteous and had such a sweet demeanor. The associates are also very helpful and provided me assistance for all my shopping needs. I am definitely planning on shopping there again.
