Customer experiences
Do you ever tell your customers that you already gave me hard time? ???? The person I was ordering food to over the phone he said to me when I went to pick up the order, he said to me that I already gave him hard time. I told him that I only asked you what are the special you have and what types of mixed kebab platter you have. And he couldn’t even explain things properly. Anyway these people do not know how to speak to your customers.
I’m very glad I tried this place! very clean, excellent service, and inexpensive for portion sizes! I tried their butter chicken bowl,my partner tried their falafel bowl, both were good! adding this place to my rotation of middle eastern takeout spots :-)
I was in search of a meal that would be easy on my stomach, which was feeling unsettled from hunger. I opted for the classic Tandoori Chicken bowl. It arrived quickly, well-prepared, and ready to enjoy. The hostess, while speaking with limited English, was friendly and accommodating. The bowl, however, fell short in terms of its ingredients. The menu image promised a generous portion of French fries, but they were missing, which wasn't a major concern given my stomach issues. That said, the taste of the dish itself was excellent, though it was served lukewarm. I dined in for $12.98, and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of water. The space was clean and quiet, with the only noise coming from the hum of the refrigerator near my seat. The ambiance was simple yet inviting, with vibrant orange accents and soft hand-finished wood floors. You could choose between bench seating or chairs. Overall, it was an interesting and unique experience. I’m always open to trying new places, but I did feel the atmosphere was a bit lonely, as the hostess spent much of her time on her phone, seemingly disengaged from the restaurant’s environment.1
Amazing food. I got the kabob combo 2. The chicken and beef was so tasty. Good service as well by khan.
The Kabab Shoppe is a middle eastern restaurant.
