When I called Paletta Law regarding a legal situation for someone in my family, I expected a secretary or someone to answer, but it was Joe. From the moment he answered the phone, he spoke calmly, and with empathy. It honestly took me off guard, but outside of his empathy, it was clear how knowledgeable he was as well. Furthermore I could tell he was taking my call, while he was leaving the office, and was on his way home, which he did not have to do, but chose to.
