I went to Jada - her prices are better than the “master stylists” but I don’t know how different they are. But Jada does a great job! She listens to my requests and uses her expertise to figure out how to execute the look. She takes feedback well and the second time I liked the look much more. I appreciate people who listen! She is very careful, precise and gentle. She is a little quiet, but that’s fine. The most discomfort I have felt has been itching. My eyes have also itched at home, one of the ladies there suggested it might be a reaction to the glue. It’s not that bad tho. The aftercare instructions were too complicated to remember the first time around and I didn’t receive written instructions even though I texted to ask, but that may have been because I texted outside of business hours and my message got lost. The receptionists have always been super nice. The service is pretty expensive, but I think it’s worth it. The decor was clean and cute. I would 100% recommend Lash Lounge.
