The view and atmosphere of The Launch is spectacular. Sitting on the patio along the water watching birds and boats is fantastic. Beautiful backdrop for sure. The drinks were great and reasonably priced. We ordered two of the wood fired pizzas and they were incredible. All cooked in ovens outside for you to see. Incredible homemade dough. Highly recommend.

I brought my daughter for a kayak down the Sydenham River and that was perfect for us. We paddled to the Mill Dam. After we finished we sat on the patio and had lunch. The sandwich was amazing and drinks were soooo tasty! Can’t wait to try the pizzas…. We will be back soon! Thank you!

Really delicious pizza, super satisfying. Atmosphere is chill, while eventful taking in activity by the harbour. Kids playing, dogs being walk, boats docking. Outdoor music, and cocktails options. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Renting a kayak and paddling through the Sydenham River and taking in a fresh perspective of the river district never disappoints no matter how many times you do it. They're always fresh nature and wildlife to experience. My last adventure doing so I saw a otter who made his presence well known for my camera.
