En panne après seulement quelques mois d’utilisation, cela fait maintenant 10 mois (février 2023) que notre interlocuteur nous balade malgré nos relances : j’attends une pièce, j’en passerai la semaine prochaine, j’ai oublié etc. Inutile de développer l’état d’agacement devant ce manque de professionnalisme. Pour couronner le tout, nous venons d’apprendre par mail que ce sera à nous de tester et remplacer la pièce défectueuse… et que l’adresse d’expédition n’est pas la nôtre.
