Completely Unreliable and Irresponsible If I could give zero stars, I would. This lawyer, Alan, completely failed my friend when she needed him the most. He did not show up to her asylum interview, leaving her to face the process alone. Later, his excuse was that he “had another court case that day,” as if that justifies abandoning a client without notice. Worse, he failed to submit a crucial immigration form on time — an error so serious that it led to her being placed in removal proceedings. Instead of owning up to his mistake, he tried to shift blame and take no responsibility whatsoever. Alan’s behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for his clients’ futures. Please, do not waste your money or trust on this lawyer. There are far better, more responsible attorneys out there who actually show up and do their jobs.
