i contacted roger for help with a landlord tenant dispute, he milked me for thousands and thousands of dollars all the while telling me i was paying for him to file a lawsuit, i was in for a real surprise, when the court date rolled around, i found out he had stolen all my money and never filed any lawsuit whatsoever, this guy totally scammed me , he is a liar and a thief, run as fast as you can to any other attorney you can find!!!!!!

i came to roger renteria because i really needed help and i had a civil case and i needed him to take action on it, he asked for a retainer which included the filing of a lawsuit, i hired mr renteria with the understanding that he would file a lawsuit against the opposing party, as time went on , he told me he had just filed the lawsuit and that there was an additional fee i promptly paid it, a little more time went on then he told me he needed another fee for the filing fees, meanwhile he would set up meetings with me and there was always an excuse why we could not meet, then he would say let’s set up a phone meeting, in about 3 minutes he would say an attorney is calling in or someone just walked in my office, this all should have been red flags, i thought to myself this guy just isn’t going to meet with me, he must wing it in court, hopefully he does good in court with the lawsuit, he kept telling me he was going to win the lawsuit and get judgement against the other party, so when the court date rolled around, what a surprise did i get , HE NEVER FILED THE LAWSUIT AT ALL,he was milking me for everything he could get and never filed the lawsuit, the sole purpose i hired him for, the guy is a crook , he totally scammed me and 3000$ into him i had no choice but to fire him, take your money to an attorney that will actually help you!!!!!
