They ghosted me ! I heard nothing back once I called and informed them of what happened! The first call went great ! But after that initial phone call ! Then I heard nothing back! Except one voicemail which I returned and even with specific times too call?I waited after the holidays and nothing! I picked them cause of the high reviews! But in this day and age with all forms of communication? Call, text, email, mail and social media? There’s several ways too contact someone! I felt it was unprofessional and careless! Even if they wouldn’t take the case ? At least have the courtesy and getting a hold of me in some form!
