Ketamine therapy is nice for depression. But this team is not willing to listen to any patient input so go at your own risk. Basically, Dr Hooper is a quack who forced me to go off my adhd meds for 2 years and pretty much refused to look at any of my issues through any lens other then depression because thats what her moneymaker is. due to this I became totally ineffective day to day and unable to even clean my house and look after myself until i thankfully got reaccepted back to a non-private psych clinic to get on the correct meds again and am just finally getting my life back together. If you need ketamine therapy and don't want to go the significantly cheaper route by talking to your regular doctor and a compounding pharmacist (or you cant get permission to do it unsupervised) by all means go but do not lose contact with your regular psych office by making Dr Hooper your primary psych for ease of getting everything done in one place like i thought i was doing. This was a nice reminder of why privatized healthcare is garbage, it becomes about the money and not about the patients health.

I can't thank enough to the staff of this clinic, the people are very attentive. Dr. M Hooper is such a nice person, very empathetic and understanding. Nikki and Jaymie at the reception are very friendly and Zach is very professional during the assisted therapy. Dr Venkat always provides excellent attention.

The IV ketamine treatments offered at the Centre have been lifesaving. After 20+ years of trying many antidepressants that haven’t worked, I’ve finally found something that is working. I’m also transgender and the treatments are critical for my transition. The staff are all affirming, professional, and genuinely caring. I feel safe to be vulnerable and be myself around everyone I’ve met: the front desk, RNs, and psychiatrist.

I cannot say enough about Linden Medical Center. The entire team from the time you walk into the Center till you leave is amazing! My daughter and I have unfortunately been through a lot in the medical world. Dr Hooper, anesthesiologists, nurses and the lovely ladies who manage the front are professional , kind, extremely supportive and willing to work with their patient and their individual needs. Thank you for helping my daughter improve her quality of life .
