I was a bit skeptical at first but today I ordered 2pc fish n chips to have delivered to me at home. The taste was immaculate, the homemade tartar sauce was well seasoned,not to mention the portion size! I could barely even finish half of it by myself and I’m no small eater. Great meal for only $20, this is now my go to place for some worthwhile fish n chips.

Food was pretty good. The spinach dip was not thick as I prefer it, as it reminded me of Alfredo sauce, but the flat bread that comes along with it is fantastic. Soft, salty, and I would say a great appetizer size. The avocado chicken club was delicious and the bacon that comes on it is so good! The chicken was cooked perfectly and not dry, which is typically a deal breaker for me. The fries were good, but I prefer a crunchy and crisp fries. These ones were soft and almost reminded me of freezer fries, but most likely preference like I said. The server was very friendly and kept a good eye on our table. Making sure we had water and continued to always give us refills!

Unfortunately we had what started as a good night but faded extremely fast. We got the festive meals for majority of the people in our group. We ordered an app but mind you those meals also come with salads. Our app comes out yet we don’t get our salads for about 10-15 minutes after that. Our meals come out and we eat. We ask for the desserts to NOT be warmed up as we’re taking them home. About 10 minutes later she brings us the bill. No machine no desserts. We’re stuck waiting about another 15 minutes. At this point I ask for a manager. He comes over, I tell him the situation. At this point our server comes over looking confused on what our problem is. Management just walks away smh. She then tries to give a bunch of excuses on why we had to wait. Mind you the place is EMPTY (maybe 2-3 other tables in the bar section). I then proceeded to tell her I am also a server and know exactly what I’m talking about (I have by far the best google reviews at my restaurant). No compensation from the manager AT ALL. All I want is good service. She’s lucky my mom paid and tipped her because if I had the machine in my hands she would have gotten nothing! I’m extremely disappointed with management in the end. You hire these people who are not passionate about their jobs at all. Very disappointed. Also not the first time we’ve had horrible service from this establishment. I’ll definitely try out the other crabbys around the city but at this point I’m done with this one.

Go time

Great service and the place was busy. But not too busy. Food was good and my daughter thought they only sold crabs from a guy named Joe but at the end of the meal she loved the place!
