We visit this café not only because of delicious food and good coffee but also it has a pleasing atmosphere and nice music. Besides, the very nice and professional behaviour of all the staff members there is also something that encourages us to visit this place again and again. Katie NiroFriendly staff, an amazing selection of food and drink. My biggest problem was limiting myself which I failed at, needing to take a selection of éclairs home. The éclairs are very decadent the coffee option is beautiful but everything looks delicious and you simply cannot go wrong whatever you choose. The staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. The café is beautifully decorated and you can easily pretend you are sat in France enjoying a delicious breakfast or lunch.
OliviaHiya, I visited yourselves yesterday afternoon for the first time. I ordered a coffee éclair and a chai latte. I must admit, I was a tad shocked to see that the éclair cost £6.00. After tasting the éclair, the coffee filling was so watery inside, it was really unpleasant. The pastry was also dry. I'm surprised you don't refrigerate them as it seems like they were left out all day. Then I looked at you currently have a 2* good hygiene rating. I wish this was shown outside your establishment as I would not have visited. The éclair wasn't nice at all so I ended up having to throw it away which is a shame. Can someone get back to me please? Thanks
Paul CaliesLovely, simple and flavoursome sandwiches and great coffee, however the pecan pie had a soggy bottom and the service was not very attentive. The man behind the counter would rather be on his phone than serve customers and the waitress standing behind the counter eating a sandwich. Would be fantastic if the service matched the food
