I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE stars. My fiancé and I walked into The Love Store in downtown Las Vegas for one simple reason: to see a toy in person before buying it. Something we easily could’ve ordered off Amazon and kept our dignity, but no — we wanted to actually see what we were getting. And honestly? We should’ve stayed home. There were three employees in the store, all huddled behind the register, deep in their own conversation the entire time. Not one of them acknowledged us. Not one offered to help. We were one of four different couples in the store, and all of us were just wandering around like ghosts while the staff stood up front talking like they were on break. We were in there 20 minutes. Twenty. We even looked toward the register multiple times, hoping someone would take the hint. Nothing. But the cherry on top? When we finally walked up to check out, the cashier had the audacity to ask, “Has anyone helped you today?” Girl… you KNOW nobody helped us today. The only two other employees were standing next to you chit-chatting the entire time. The level of disrespect, laziness, and lack of customer service is actually unbelievable. This was hands-down one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Save your time, your money, and your dignity. Order on Amazon. This occurred on December 6 at 11:37 PM.

Absolutely love this place! Everything from atmosphere to selection to customer service. A big range of naughty to nice lingerie and various impact play items. Lots of different types of toys to choose from with many of the popular brands in stock. The shoe stock could use a little love but that’s my only critique. Incredibly helpful going above and beyond to help me find a specific item I needed, but all the staff is attentive And I am happy to spend my money here lol

What makes place particularly inviting is the wonderful staff, as well as the thoughtful and beautiful displays. I get a lot of expressive art therapy by pursuing this beautiful, artistic and clearly romantic store. I have come here a number of times, and each visit is special. In particular, I had a great chat with Tony earlier tonight. Yes he had security responsibilities, but he handled them graciously, like an experienced concierage.
