Sheila WuThere's this young girl staff but I don't know her name. She has zero knowledge or the products there plus quite rude and blunt. I bought the spray cleaner with brush for dogs paws and since i didn't wear my spectacles so couldn't read. I asked her if I still need to rinse my dog's paws after brushing and she said yes, rinse with water. When I came home and read with my spectacles, it was stated "RINSE FREE" this shows she's no knowledge at all
