Customer experiences
Columbia Mall is one of the best shopping spots around! The food court has so many delicious options — there’s something for everyone. All the stores are clean, well-stocked, and offer a great variety. Staff in every store were friendly and helpful during my visit. I loved how easy it was to navigate the mall layout. Plenty of seating areas to relax between shopping. It felt very safe, clean, and welcoming throughout. Parking was convenient and not stressful at all. Perfect place for a full day of shopping, eating, and relaxing. Highly recommend Columbia Mall for a great overall experience!
This is a really funky and interesting mall. It legitimately felt like I had stepped back in time. The layout is a bit odd yet there’s a lot to explore. There’s a courtyard area with some funky scrap metal people sculptures, a kids playground, a carousel, a decently sized arcade and plenty of stores. One thing that concerns me is that it has its share of empty retail space and other indicators of a mall that is trying its best to survive in the current retail climate. Still i had a pretty good time exploring this mall and would totally recommend seeking it out
So many cool stores for the fellow “special” young adults and teens! (Myself included lol) I visited Miniso, Pop Mart, Hot Topic, Spencer’s, BoxLunch, Showcase, the Apple Store, Barnes & Nobles, The Cheesecake Factory, and Kokee Tea! It’s very clean inside the mall itself and in each store as well. The only two negatives about my awesome outing was : 1- the bathrooms are pretty spaced out 2- the food at Cheesecake Factory was charred and extremely greasy. The location near Towson Town Center has much better quality food. (Much tastier too) Overall I’d definitely recommend this mall for a fun day out!
I’ve visited many malls during my trips to the U.S., and this is certainly one of the best. There’s a huge amount of free parking, and the layout is excellent, featuring a large Barnes & Noble and several restaurants outside the main mall. Inside, it’s massive with all the shops you could ask for—I easily spent a few hours here and really enjoyed it.
The Mall in Columbia is a shopping mall.
