What a delight to find this special place in Louth! Serving gyozo and noodles from a reassuringly small menu, using fresh ingredients, nothing frozen here, this a breath of fresh air for the Louth dining out scene. Decor is that of reclaimed wood and stained glass from churches, in keeping with the name, with the only restaurant views of Louth's iconic church steeple. Service is professional, friendly and from knowledgeable people who know their food and drink, and who obviously care greatly. Coastal Distillery provide incredible quality spirits, all served with an attention to detail, above and beyond! Check it out guys, you will not be disappointed.
Our first visit to the steeple bar and it won't be the last the owner was very welcoming a lady serving was very nice and helpful we ordered goyozs with chicken ,Udon noodle and a side dish of 3 different homemade Kimchi . Everything was wonderful and the service was great. We will definitely be returning soon to try some of the other dishes
We highly recommend this place. We moved to Louth in November and whilst there are a lot of nice places to go, this is one of, if not the best. Lawrence is a great host and the food is excellent. Louth is a small town but this place gives off a vibe of being in a large city. We will be regular customers and we hope this place continues to thrive.
