Great service, and a really personable guy. Prompt, excellent communication and candour, knows his stuff - he diagnosed the problem right on our driveway and gave us a range of options and recommendations. He also took our priorities into account and managed to effect a stopgap solution to get us back on the road quickly (the car is our only family transport, and was undriveable) while we wait for Tesla to find us an opening in their ridiculously over-booked service centre. Really impressed with the price and the service - I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a Tesla who needs it diagnosed/stopgap fixes made in less than the month(!) it takes to get an official service centre appointment.
